Got An Urge.com does not accept returns on any "specials". All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to any shipping charges. Customer returns will be accepted up to 15 days after initial receipt. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from receipt of your return for the credit to be applied to your account or a refund check to be mailed. Whew!! Gotta love the small print...

This is how you do it:
  1. Call 714.322.9876 or email us us for the official MRA # (material return authorization number)
  2. Enter one of the following return reasons:
    • A: I lost my mind!
    • B: Ooops, I ordered the wrong thing
    • C: I didn't even order this item
    • D: It was damaged during shipment
    • E: I ordered once and you shipped it twice
    • F: Shipped wrong item, packing slip was right
    • G: I came up with this crazy reason...please describe
  3. Make a copy of the packing slip for your records
  4. Place the original packing slip inside the box with the items you're returning
  5. Ship to:
